HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE TOWN OF PLYMOUTH REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL AMENDMENT TO LEGAL NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID

Re-bid for Renovations and ADA Upgrades for Gosinski Park

The Housing Authority of the Town of Plymouth is publicly updating the dates in the Request for Proposal (RFP) previously advertised on November 14, 2021. Other than the schedule of dates changes, there are NO other changes to the RFP Invitation to Bid. All addenda issued for the project to date can be reviewed on the Advanced Reprographics Plan Room. All addenda issued will be sent to contractors registered on the Advanced Reprographics Plan holder’s list. Visit http://www.advancedplanroom.com, select “Public Jobs” and select “ADA Upgrades and Renovations for Gosinski Park Re-bid” or call 860-410-1020 to access the plan room.

The Housing Authority of the Town of Plymouth will receive completed, signed, and sealed bids no later than 2:00pm on Friday, January 7, 2022 at the office of the Housing Authority of the Town of Plymouth located at 43 Ronald Rd. – Gosinski Park Unit 31, Terryville, Ct. 06786. Said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the office of the Housing Authority of the Town of Plymouth immediately thereafter at 2:00 pm on January 7, 2022. An additional walkthrough will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at 2:00pm of the property at 43 Ronald Rd.- Gosinski Park Unit 31, Terryville, Ct. 06786. This walkthrough will be mandatory for all contractors that did not attend the walkthrough on November 19, 2021, and optional for those contractors that attended the November walkthrough. Face masks and social distance rules will apply to all visitors and a maximum of two (2) representatives will be allowed for each contractor to view the conditions.

No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every Request for Interpretation (RFI) should be in writing addressed to Erin Benken, ebenken@qamarch.com. To be given consideration, RFI’s must be received by 5:00pm, Monday, December 20, 2021.

The Housing Authority of the Town of Plymouth reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any or all bids; to waive any diminutive informality or to accept any bid deemed in the best interests of the Housing Authority.
