Hartford – Several Hartford and local Police men and women mourn their own. Hartford Police Sgt. Richard Rodriguez, pictured here as his casket was being carried out of the Glory Chapel International Cathedral, at 221 Greenfield St, in Hartford. He died at his home. It’s unclear how he died.
